The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavior analytic services to clients. Responsibilities
  • Conduct behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Implement behavior analytic interventions to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and client records Qualifications
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCaBA) certification
  • Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
  • Excellent patient care and communication abilities
