We're an enthusiast-focused automotive shop specializing in quality maintenance and repair, performance upgrades, custom builds, diagnostics, and specialty automotive work. We're looking for someone who understands cars, enjoys working with people, and can keep a busy shop organized, efficient, and profitable. What You'll Do Manage the day-to-day workflow of the service department. Coordinate with technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently and on schedule. Write estimates and repair orders and communicate recommendations to customers. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Review technician findings and help determine appropriate repairs. Communicate clearly between customers, technicians, parts suppliers, and management. Monitor labor, parts, workflow, and overall job profitability. Help maintain high standards for quality and customer service. Handle customer questions and concerns professionally. Identify opportunities to improve shop processes and efficiency. Help create a positive, accountable, team-oriented shop environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor, Service Manager, or similar position. Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment. Ability to confidently explain automotive repairs to customers. Strong computer and shop-management skills. Valid driver's license. Experience with Mitchell 1 shop management software and CRM is a plus. Experience with performance vehicles, aftermarket modifications, Subaru, European vehicles, diagnostics, suspension, driveline, fabrication, or custom automotive work is also a plus.
