Job Description

Kids and Family Counseling is looking for dedicated and consistent Certified Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician to join our company and work with individuals (aged 2-99) with developmental disabilities.
Job Requirement:
Preferable with 6+ months of ABA experience OR minimum 6 months of experiences in a related field (e.g., special education, rehabilitation, working with child, mental health, etc.) OR your BA/BS is in progress or completed in psychology, special education, communicative disorders, or a related field Must pass a criminal background check Must have reliable transportation; May require to travel between clients/shifts Active CBT licensure or must obtain CBT licensure before the start Active RBT licensure or must obtain after 60 days of hiring
What We Offer:
Pay:
$25-32 per hour. Competitive pay depends on experience Part-Time (15-25 hours) or Full-Time (30-34 hours) Ramp Up Start Option to be full-time (if you start as part-time)

Schedule:
Monday to Friday (early morning to late evening shifts are available) and Possible weekend availability • Work location: Multiple Locations & In-Person •
Travel:
10-30% traveling required
Duties & Responsibilities:
Document day and submit paperwork and clinical notes as appropriate to BCBA or data software Assist in implementing a daily program under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Ability to maintain confidential information and comply with HIPPA rules and regulations Maintain an inclusive positive rapport and encourage self-reflection when interacting with family members. Ability to work and communicate well with supervising BCBA and parent/guardians. Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to navigate various technologies and software (e.g., outlook, teams, motivity, etc.) Open to feedback and willingness to try new things Able to lift between 20-50lbs and physically move and shift in fast manner with no physical restraints Maintain active CBT/RBT licenses Participate in company mandatory meetings and trainings
