Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Our program is expanding, and we're looking for motivated and compassionate team members to be part of our mission! What you'll get: High level of on-the-job training Flexible scheduling options Professional development assistance and RBT supervision certification support Award winning culture and mission-driven team The opportunity to leave work each day knowing you've made a difference What you'll do: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Ensure that each client's individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA What you'll need:Required:
High School Diploma Preferred:
