MondayFriday | 8:00 AM3:50 PM ProCare Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a school team in Inchelium, Washington for the 20262027 school year. This position will provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral support to an elementary-aged male student.

Provided Responsibilities:

Provide consistent 1:1 behavioral and educational support throughout the school day Implement behavioral strategies and interventions as directed by the student's treatment and support plans Assist the student with maintaining appropriate behaviors and engagement in the classroom Collect and document behavioral data as required Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the supervising BCBA Maintain a positive, patient, and supportive environment for the student

Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working with children or students with behavioral needs preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable, patient, and comfortable providing 1:1 support Ability to work effectively in a school-based environment Why ProCare Therapy?
