Board Certified Behavior Analyst (part time) Levine household aba Kirkland, WA Job Details Part-time | Contract From $145 an hour 8 hours ago Qualifications School experience Experience working with children Direct support Board Certified Behavior Analyst Patient interaction Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized, direct ABA support to a school-age child in home and community settings. This is a private-pay with no insurance billing requirements and no large caseload. We are looking for someone who values high-quality, client-centered care and enjoys working directly with a child and family. Compensation & Schedule Starting from $145/hour, depending on experience and availability Weekly pay Part-time Weekend sessions Weekday after-school backup/fill-in coverage, typically between 3:00-6:00pm Additional opportunities for weekday hours during daytime may be needed as well Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 BCBA services Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA programming Target areas including communication, social skills, adaptive skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning, flexibility, and behavior reduction Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform programming Collaborate closely with caregivers and other providers to promote consistency across settings Support skill generalization in home and community environments Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and research Qualifications Current BCBA certification required 5+ years of experience working with children preferred , particularly ages 5-12 Strong clinical background in behavior analysis and evidence-based intervention Experience providing services in home, school, and/or community settings Comfortable providing direct services rather than primarily supervising technicians Strong communication and collaboration skills Reliable, proactive, organized, and able to work independently Compassionate, flexible, and genuinely client-centered in approach
