What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to individuals with autism Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior strategies Support clients in building meaningful skills Collect data and track progress Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Maintain accurate, confidential records consistent with HIPAA standards Help create a positive, encouraging environment for clients and families What You Bring (If you don't have all of these yet, that's okay—training is provided!)
