Job Description
BCBA Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with School experience to work at an educational facility in Lakewood, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in applied behavior analysis while making a meaningful impact in the lives of students. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for children on the autism spectrum and other students with special needs. You are dedicated to helping each child reach their full potential, skilled at collaborating with educators and families, and committed to using evidence-based strategies to foster growth across academic, social, and behavioral domains.Job Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP). Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Behavior Interventionists (BI) and paraprofessionals implementing ABA programs. Monitor and analyze behavioral data to ensure program fidelity and progress toward goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral strategies into classroom and home environments. Adjust and refine behavior plans based on data and student performance.Job Requirements:
Master's degree in a relevant field, completion of graduate-level coursework in applied behavior analysis, and supervised fieldwork experience BCBA certification Current BLS/CPR certification 6 months of experience within the last 5 yearsWhat We Offer:
