Job Description

Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. - Identifying Patterns, Changing Trajectories We are a family-owned company that uses a person-centered approach! We are looking for passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide exceptional behavioral support to children and adults experiencing a range of behavioral challenges. As a BCBA at Patterns Behavioral Services, you will work within a collaborative team to assess client needs, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure high-quality service delivery. YOUR VALUED ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for: Conducting functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors. Designing and implementing effective behavior intervention plans. Providing direct behavior analysis therapy to clients in various settings. Supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians and support staff. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for clients. Collecting and analyzing data to monitor treatment effectiveness. Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of client progress. Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field. Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and intervention strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
