Qualifications and Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience working in school environments or with children and adolescents preferred Familiarity with implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong communication and documentation abilities Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational setting

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct behavioral therapy services as outlined in individualized education and intervention plans Collect and record data accurately on student progress and behaviors Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, school staff, and the supervising BCBA Support the development and reinforcement of positive social and functional skills Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards in all student interactions Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities
