Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure required Valid ESA Certificate Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques Experience providing behavioral services in educational settings preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans for students Oversee data collection and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and families regarding best behavioral practices Collaborate in the development of student supports and positive behavioral strategies Facilitate training sessions for staff on behavioral management and intervention techniques Maintain thorough and timely documentation and progress reports Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and review as needed This position offers you the opportunity to engage with a supportive staff, make a difference in students lives, and gain meaningful experiences within an educational setting.
