Work closely with a virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and provide valuable assistance with communication assessmentshelping students across three conveniently located campuses reach their full potential.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Prior experience in schools or educational environments High school diploma or equivalent required Background in any of the following roles is highly valued: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavioral Health Assistant, Paraprofessional, Instructional Assistant, or SLPA (Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant) Comfortable working with PreK-12 students in both individual (1:1) and group settings Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Support the virtual SLP in the delivery of therapy services and communication evaluations Assist with speech and language assessments, data collection, and observation Encourage student engagement, model positive behaviors, and foster an inclusive learning environment Provide 1:1 behavioral or instructional support as assigned Maintain accurate and confidential records as required by district guidelines
