This role combines clinical expertise, team leadership, and a chance to help build a modern ABA care model. Key Responsibilities Assessment & Treatment Planning Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and other evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and best practices Apply a range of ABA techniques to support communication, social skills, adaptive functioning, and academics Monitor client progress through data and revise plans as needed Supervision & Leadership Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide real-time feedback and performance reviews Lead team training sessions to ensure high-quality service delivery Family & Team Collaboration Partner with families and caregivers to support generalization and consistency Collaborate with professionals such as speech and occupational therapists Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary care Administrative & Compliance Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and treatment notes Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and Washington State LBA requirements Support clinical development initiatives and help scale care programs Required Qualifications Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Washington State Credentialed or eligible with commercial insurance payors Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Willingness to travel to homes, schools, and community settings Preferred Qualifications Experience with early intervention, adolescents, or individuals with complex needs Familiarity with specialized ABA techniques (e.g., Verbal Behavior, PRT) Bilingual (not required, but a plus) Key Competencies Strong clinical judgment and ABA knowledge Leadership and mentoring ability Excellent written and verbal communication Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting Compensation & Benefits Health insurance coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave Compensation for drive time and mileage Paid annual training hours, including CPR 50% financial assistance for certification and license renewals Opportunity to help build a best-in-class ABA program from the ground up About Us We are a parent-founded ABA clinic with a bold vision: to deliver high-quality, compassionate, and scalable autism care.
