Job Description

  • Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in behavioral health, data collection, and applied behavior analysis to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Duties:
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
  • Develop behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
  • Implement and monitor behavior plans, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Provide training to caregivers and staff on behavioral strategies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation processes
  • Familiarity with medical records management
