Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of an LBA/LABA or BCBA. Support children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities through structured teaching methods and behavior‑support strategies. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as outlined in their treatment plans. Collect accurate, real‑time behavior and skill‑acquisition data using company‑approved systems. Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs), safety protocols, and therapy procedures consistently. Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members. Requirements Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders or other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior‑management strategies, and implementing structured therapy protocols. Minimum age of 18. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Completion of a 40‑hour RBT‑aligned ABA training through a certified ABA training program. Successful completion of Washington State and federal criminal background checks. Current CPR/BLS First Aid certification. Completion of bloodborne pathogens training. Active registration with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) as a Certified Behavior Technician. Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support clients using structured teaching methods. Commitment to maintaining ethical standards consistent with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's (BACB) Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
