Desired Qualifications:

High school diploma required Experience as an RBT, paraprofessional, behavioral health assistant, instructional assistant, or similar role within school or pediatric settings strongly valued Familiarity with implementing behavioral interventions or individualized student plans, especially in life skills caseloads Ability to foster supportive relationships with students and implement evidence-based strategies Strong communication and collaboration abilities with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility and compassion when adapting to unique student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to students, following established plans and goals Assist students in developing and practicing life skills, promoting independence and social-emotional growth Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to track progress and adjust interventions as needed Document student performance and maintain clear, accurate records Uphold a positive, inclusive learning environment, respecting confidentiality and student dignity
