This role is ideal for professionals with experience as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Behavior Specialists, ABA Therapists, or Paraprofessionals passionate about fostering positive outcomes for children and adolescents. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 2027, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week. You will collaborate with a dedicated educational team, working closely with students who benefit from behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis. Your expertise will provide meaningful support during the school day, helping each student achieve their highest potential.

Required Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or equivalent credentials (Behavior Specialist, Paraprofessional, ABA Therapist) Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting, particularly with K-12 populations Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies Excellent communication skills for diverse teams and age groups Ability to adapt and respond to the evolving needs of students

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of supervising clinicians Collect and document data on student progress and behavior Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and family members to support student success Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Participate actively in team meetings and professional development sessions This role offers highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay between $30 and $35 per hour.
