Job Summary Please note before applying: This is an evening/after-school position, with availability typically between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, for approximately 10-12 hours per week. During summer breaks or school holidays, the family is open to earlier hours. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to join our ABA team. The Behavior Technician will provide direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. We are a small but growing company that values collaboration, individualized care, and a supportive team environment. Our approach focuses on child-led ABA , building meaningful relationships, following the client's motivation, and creating positive learning experiences through naturalistic teaching. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA Collect accurate session data and maintain documentation Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills Support behavior reduction programs using positive reinforcement strategies Utilize child-led and play-based teaching approaches Communicate progress and concerns with supervising BCBA and caregivers Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Qualifications Active RBT or CBT certification preferred Must have Active CPR Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow behavior intervention plans consistently Benefits Flexible schedule Paid drive time between clients/sessions Six (6) major paid holidays for full-time employees Monthly medical stipend for eligible employees Opportunities for growth and supervision Supportive clinical team Paid mileage Pay rate - $25-$30/hr.
