Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of students as an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving a vibrant educational community near Quincy, WA. This contract role spans the full academic year, starting August 26th and concluding June 27th, with a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours. As a valued resource, you will work collaboratively across all grade levels, from Pre-Kindergarten through post-secondary transition, delivering expert behavioral support and fostering positive outcomes for students and staff alike.
Qualifications and Experience:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required Experience providing behavioral support within educational environments, particularly across multiple age groups Strong knowledge of best practices in applied behavior analysis and the ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and monitor progress Excellent communication, report-writing, and team collaboration skills Ability to work onsite, providing hands-on support and consultation Passion for empowering students with diverse needs and supporting staff in implementing effective strategies
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative ABA services to students and staff across PK-12+ grades Conduct assessments, develop and monitor intervention plans, and gather data to inform practices Train and coach educational staff in behavior interventions and data collection Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans Foster positive student outcomes by collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families If you are ready to provide impactful services and thrive in a dynamic school environment, apply now to join an experienced, caring community that values your expertise and commitment to student success.
