Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and mentor ABA professionals Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Implement and oversee behavior intervention plans to support client progress Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment as needed Provide parent training and ongoing family support Required Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification with the BACB and state licensure Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in data collection and analysis Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team What Sets You Apart You are passionate about supporting and empowering the autistic community.
