Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track client progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Skills Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders and neurodevelopmental disorders. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral intervention strategies. Proficiency in conducting behavioral health assessments such as functional behavior assessments (FBA), diagnostic evaluations, and medical terminology understanding. Skilled in data collection methods for tracking client progress accurately during therapy sessions. Excellent client communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience working within school environments or home-based settings that involve working with children with disabilities.
