Daytime Hours Billable Rate:

$50-$75/hour Looking for a BCBA position where you can focus on clinical care instead of supervising behavior technicians? Thrive ABA Therapy is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with at least five years of post-certification BCBA experience who is passionate about providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to young autistic children and their families. You will have a consistent part time schedule of 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM daily . Unlike traditional ABA providers, Thrive ABA Therapy operates a Direct BCBA Model. We do not employ Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs). Every child receives services directly from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical work, build strong relationships with families, and provide individualized treatment. Compensation Billable Clinical Services:

$50-$75 per hour Paid non-billable administrative time includes: Driving between clients Lesson planning and program preparation Completing session notes Benefits All employees are eligible for: 401(k) Paid sick leave Mileage reimbursement Flexible scheduling Company laptop and therapy materials Position Responsibilities The BCBA will: Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments Develop individualized treatment plans Create and modify ABA programming based on client progress Collect and analyze treatment data Provide caregiver coaching and training Collaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other professionals Complete clinical documentation and insurance requirements Monitor progress and make data-based treatment decisions Minimum QualificationsRequired Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Washington State Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Preferred minimum of five (5) years of post-certification BCBA experience Experience independently managing ABA cases from assessment through treatment implementation Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Current CPR/First Aid certification Reliable transportation Preferred Experience providing in-home ABA therapy Experience working with young autistic children Strong caregiver coaching skills Experience working independently in natural environments Who This Position Is Perfect For This position is ideal for an experienced BCBA who: Wants to provide direct clinical care instead of supervising technician teams Is looking for a part-time schedule Enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families Values individualized, compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy Is confident working independently and making clinical decisions Appreciates autonomy while still being part of a supportive team Believes caregiver collaboration is essential to successful outcomes Wants to practice ABA in homes and community settings Who This Position May Not Be the Right Fit For This position may not be the right fit if you are looking for: A traditional ABA model focused on supervising large teams of RBTs A role centered primarily around technician management A highly corporate environment with multiple layers of clinical oversight A clinic-only position with limited family involvement A position where productivity quotas outweigh individualized care Schedule & Service Area Part-time, 16 hours scheduled per week 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Once per week - a later session for parent training Service Areas Renton Join Thrive ABA Therapy At Thrive ABA Therapy, we believe exceptional ABA therapy starts with exceptional clinicians.
