We provide high-quality ABA services that help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential. Start In Person. Grow Into Virtual Opportunities. We are looking for CBTs who are willing to begin with an in-person home or school-based client in their area. As our virtual program continues to roll out, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to transition into hybrid or virtual services as those cases become available. Virtual services are not guaranteed at the time of hire and are not necessarily the initial assignment.

Schedule:
Flexible, based on client availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

•25.00/hour for virtual services Flexible scheduling Ongoing supervision and support from experienced BCBAs Professional development opportunities RBT supervision and certification support Opportunities for additional in-person, hybrid, and virtual cases A collaborative, mission-driven team The opportunity to grow with an expanding ABA program What You'll Do Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA Begin with in-home or school-based services Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and families As virtual opportunities become available, potentially provide hybrid or virtual ABA services Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality What You'll Need Required Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification —
REQUIRED
