9678431-98115 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary-aged students as a Registered Behavior Technician in a school environment near Seattle, WA. This role focuses on providing dedicated 1:1 support, helping students develop critical emotional regulation skills while addressing behaviors such as physical aggression, eloping, and more. You'll have a direct impact working with either a 5th or 1st grade student, guiding their growth and success throughout the school year.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering direct behavioral interventions and support to a single elementary student Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families to implement individualized behavior plans Tracking and recording data on student progress and behavioral incidents Utilizing evidence-based strategies to support positive student outcomes Maintaining professionalism and discretion in all interactions What were looking for: Current BACB-accredited Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Washington Department of Health Certified Behavior Technician Credential Previous experience addressing complex student behaviors such as aggression and emotional regulation preferred Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills Availability to work 30 hours per week, across 5 days Role details: Contract position starting 09/28/2026, ending 06/18/2027 1:1 caseload with elementary students exhibiting emotional and behavioral needs Pay rate of $35 per hour, with weekly pay provided Workday runs Monday through Friday, during school hours Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Matching 401k Flexible spending account Take the next step in your career by making a difference in a student's life.
