Case load would accrue over time, we currently have two cases waiting to start. Owner lives in West Seattle and has yet to start services here. The ideal candidate brings clinical expertise, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to serving individuals with autism and developmental disabilities from all backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive, culturally responsive assessments to identify the needs of clients with autism and related developmental differences. Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in the principles of ABA, with sensitivity to each client's cultural, linguistic, and familial context. Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions to ensure meaningful outcomes. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to deliver coordinated, inclusive, and affirming care. Mentor and support staff in evidence based behavior practices, promoting a culture of learning, respect, and inclusion. Maintain clear and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Stay engaged with advancements in the field and help foster a team environment where new ideas and diverse perspectives are encouraged and valued. Requirements Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Demonstrated experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities across a variety of settings. Strong skills in behavioral data collection, analysis, and person-centered intervention planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and diverse client base.
