A.N.D.S., provides ABA Therapy to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in the Greater Puget Sound area. We currently provide home-based, school-based, and community-based support.

Hours:
Monday
  • Friday 7:30 am
  • 2:40pm pm or 9:00 am
  • 3:45pm As a Registered Behavior Technician [RBT] or Certified Behavior Technician [CBT], you will work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst [BCBA] to implement academic programming, behavioral interventions, social skill interventions, and support clients in gaining the necessary adaptive skills to be successful across settings.
You will be provided weekly guidance by your BCBA and ongoing staff training which will allow you to better develop your understanding of behavior and intervention skills to best support your student.
What You'll Have:
High School Diploma; RBT registered with the BACB. A Certified Behavior Technician certification or the willingness to obtain one (we can help guide you in the process); Aptitude to grow and learn alongside your clients; Great passion to help others in their journey; An interest in working with children; Ability to pass a Background Check; Reliable transportation.
It Would Be Great If You Have:
12 semester hours of college and currently enrolled OR 48 completed coursework; ABA experience. If you have ABA experience, experience working with kids, or an interest in supporting kids with autism or other disabilities please reply to this post with a resume and cover letter.
