We are open 8:45am-5:30pm. We are looking for a CBT part time Mon, Tuesday and Friday all day - more hours available come fall. •$250 hiring Bonus for active CBT's! Job Summary Focused Behavior Solutions, LLC provides behavior analytic services to clients in and around Spokane, WA. We are currently in search of a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team of enthusiastic, collaborative professionals. In this role, you will apply the principles of behavior analysis to help clients develop skills and reduce socially significant problem behavior by working one-on-one with clients in clinic, home, school, or community setting. You will practice under the close, ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities and Duties Implement skill acquisition plans developed by the supervisor using strategies including but not limited to: behavioral skills training (BST), contingencies of reinforcement, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), naturalistic teaching (NET), task analysis/chaining, discrimination training, stimulus control transfer, stimulus fading, prompting and prompt fading, generalization and maintenance procedures Implement behavior modification plans developed by the supervisor using strategies such as: antecedent intervention, contingency management, differential reinforcement, and functional communication training Collect data using continuous measurement, discontinuous measurement, and permanent product recording Complete objective program documentation after each session with the client and adhere to requirements for data collection, storage, and transportation Actively participate in regularly scheduled supervision meetings (including observation and consultation), client team meetings, and staff training Adhere to a high level of professional and ethical standards of conduct and confidentiality Perform other duties as assigned by BCBA supervisor Qualifications and Skills Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (can provide training to right person) preferred WA State CBT license (can help you acquire) At least 6 months experience providing ABA services preferred, 1 year or more strongly preferred. Experience working with children and/or youth required. Associates, Bachelor's Degree (or degree in progress) preferred, college-level ABA coursework strongly preferred Pass State and National criminal background checks Reliable transportation, proof of a valid driver's license CPR or BLS certification (can provide training) Benefits Great work culture Reimbursed drive time (for any home-based clients) Opportunity for advancement within the organization Free Supervised Independent Fieldwork hours towards BCaBA and BCBA certification Professional Development Health Insurance (full-time) PTO (full-time) CPR/BLS Training Certification Renewal Fee reimbursement
