We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Spokane clinical team. This position is ideal for a clinician who values individualized treatment, collaboration, ethical practice, and meaningful client progress. Position Overview The BCBA is responsible for assessing client needs, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, monitoring client progress, and partnering with families and other members of the care team. The BCBA will maintain a manageable caseload and work closely with clinical leadership to ensure services are effective, ethical, properly documented, and compliant with applicable payer and professional requirements. Essential Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments, skill assessments, and other clinical evaluations. Develop individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and measurable client goals. Provide ongoing clinical oversight and make treatment adjustments based on client data and progress. Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians. Provide fieldwork supervision to eligible individuals pursuing BCBA or BCaBA certification, when assigned. Conduct caregiver training and provide families with practical strategies to support client progress. Collaborate with parents, schools, providers, and other members of the client's care team. Review session data, clinical documentation, and treatment integrity. Complete progress reports, treatment updates, authorization requests, and discharge planning. Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards, payer requirements, and company policies. Participate in clinical meetings, staff training, case reviews, and quality assurance activities. Support behavior technicians with client-specific training, coaching, and performance feedback. Respond professionally and promptly to client, family, and employee concerns. Maintain confidentiality and protect client health information. Perform other clinical duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing . Current Washington State Licensed Behavior Analyst credential, or ability to obtain it before beginning employment. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a related field. Knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and BACB ethical requirements. Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to supervise and provide constructive feedback to clinical staff. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team. Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents. Experience supervising RBTs, BTs, or individuals pursuing certification. Experience working in a clinic-based ABA setting. Experience with Medicaid and commercial insurance documentation requirements. Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports. Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems.
