9622787-98444 Job Description Make a lasting impact supporting students and staff across an entire district as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the full 20262027 school year. This in-person contract opportunity offers the chance to work with a diverse K12 caseload, collaborating closely with professionals throughout the district to enhance student outcomes. In this dynamic role, youll provide direct support and expert supervisionhelping shape best practices and guiding Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs) as they work alongside students. Youll play a pivotal part in building a positive, effective learning environment and in ensuring that students with behavioral needs receive exceptional services.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, or eligibility and willingness to obtain Washington State BCBA licensure Willingness to complete fingerprinting with OSPI (Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction) Experience supporting K12 student populations within educational settings preferred Demonstrated skill in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to working 100% on-site; virtual services are not permitted for this contract
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a key behavioral resource district-wide, supporting students in grades K12 Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized intervention plans Supervise and collaborate with the districts Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs) Provide training and coaching to staff on the implementation of positive behavior support strategies Collect and analyze data, adjusting plans to ensure student success Work closely with educators, specialists, and families to support inclusive and effective services This contract is set for the full academic year, from September 9, 2026 through June 16, 2027an excellent fit for a BCBA seeking meaningful, school-based work with a varied caseload and strong collaborative support.
