Key Qualifications and Experience:
BCBA certification required; must hold or be willing to obtain a Washington BCBA license. Fingerprinting through OSPI is required prior to starting, or willingness to complete the process. Demonstrated experience serving K-12 populations in school-based settings is highly valued. Comfortable providing supervision, guidance, and mentorship to BSA staff. Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, students, and families. Must be available to work onsite (virtual supervision is not permitted for this role).
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, design, implement, and evaluate behavioral intervention plans for a diverse caseload spanning all grades. Conduct functional behavior assessments and provide ongoing analysis and support. Supervise and mentor BSA team members, ensuring fidelity with behavioral interventions. Partner with educators and support teams to develop strategies tailored to individual student needs. Participate in district-wide training, support initiatives, and professional learning communities. Maintain thorough documentation and communication with all stakeholders.
