We are seeking Certified and Registered Behavior Technicains with a passion for the ABA Field. The CBT/RBT provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community, and school settings.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors Collects treatment plan data Applies feedback and training on Registered Behavior Technician performance given by the lead BCBA or BCaBA Provides behavior support inside and outside of the home or classroom when applicable Attends a variety of training sessions and other related company meetings Adheres to applicable laws, rules, and regulations specified by regulatory agencies Performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Certified Behavior Technician and/or Registered Behavior Technician Required 1+ Year of Applied Behavior Analysis Experience Capable of passing Level 2 Background Check In-service training - CPR, HIPAA, OSHA, HIV, Zero Tolerance, BBP, etc Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50lbs or more Central Reach experience a plus!
