Duties Conduct detailed behavioral psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Perform functional behavior assessments (FBA) to determine the underlying causes of challenging behaviors and design effective behavior intervention plans. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Communicate regularly with clients' families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and progress updates. Oversee intake processes for new clients, including initial assessments, medical documentation review, and development of individualized treatment goals. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing sensitive medical records and ensuring confidentiality of all client information. Provide training and support to staff on clinical procedures, behavioral health strategies, and documentation standards. Support clients across various settings such as home-based programs, schools, or clinical environments while promoting positive behavioral health outcomes. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA or equivalent) with experience working with children with disabilities. Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), neurodevelopmental disorders, or other developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavior intervention strategies. Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance. Prior experience working in school settings or home-based programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family education.
