This contract position works closely with PreK-12th grade studentsprimarily with life skills caseloadsin a 1:1 setting, making a direct, positive impact every day. The role collaborates with educators and behavioral professionals to foster an inclusive classroom experience tailored to each childs needs.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required Experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Paraprofessional, Behavior Specialist, Behavioral Health Assistant, or Instructional Assistant is a plus Comfortable supporting students on a 1:1 basis, particularly with life skills curriculum Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse educational team

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral and instructional support to students in PreK-12th grade Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of licensed professionals Assist with data collection and progress tracking to inform ongoing interventions Support daily classroom routines, including transitions, activities, and independent work Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student growth and learning

Position Details & Benefits:

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am3pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (32.5 hours per week) Contract runs from ASAP through June 2027 Weekly pay structure makes budgeting easy
