9668030-98857 Job Description Step into a pivotal role supporting student growth and communication development in a PreK-12 environment near Warden, WA. This contract opportunity is perfect for professionals passionate about making a tangible impact through direct student interaction and collaborative engagement with virtual specialists. In this part-time position (2-3 days per week), you'll work closely with a Virtual SLP, play an essential role in conducting communication assessments, and assist students across three neighboring campuses. The environment is dynamic and diverse, offering valuable experience for those with a background in behavioral health, instructional support, or as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or SLPA.

Qualifications:

Experience working in school settings High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as an RBT, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Health Assistant, Instructional Assistant, or SLPA preferred Ability to support 1:1 pediatric needs Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable collaborating with virtual professionals

Responsibilities:
