Desired Qualifications:

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Valid ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certificate Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably within a public school or educational environment Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical practices Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive student success

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students in need of support Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) targeting identified goals Consult with teachers, related service professionals, and families, providing staff training and ongoing support Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed Attend team meetings, contribute insights to IEP development, and assist with compliance documentation Promote positive behavioral strategies schoolwide to foster inclusive learning environments Maintain professional standards in all interactions and adhere to timelines for required reports This full-time position offers a consistent weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 23rd, 2027.
