9622787-98597 Job Description A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about supporting student success. In this role, you will provide supervision and guidance across a K-12 caseload for the 2026-2027 school year. The district is open to both onsite and virtual BCBAs, with virtual supervision welcomed and a weekly commitment of 12.5-14 hours. You will also have the chance to supervise Behavior Support Assistants (BSAs), making a broad impact district-wide.

Key Qualifications:

Active WA BCBA license, or willingness to obtain one prior to assignment start Eligible for fingerprinting through OSPI, or ready to complete the process Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred Capable of providing supervision to both staff and students Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working with district-wide caseloads and diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide BCBA-supervised support to students across all grade levels (K-12) Supervise and mentor district Behavioral Support Assistants Develop, monitor, and assess behavioral intervention plans Collaborate with school professionals, families, and support staff for student growth Participate in meetings and provide behavioral consultation throughout the district Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical standards This contract assignment runs from September 9, 2026, through June 16, 2027.
