Who We're Looking For:

Current BCBA certification, or willingness to obtain WA licensure Experience working K-12 or with a similar population preferred Ability to supervise Behavior Support Assistants (BSA's) Must be available for onsite (in-person) work throughout the assignment period Willingness to complete OSPI fingerprinting, if not already completed

Key Responsibilities:

Provide behavior analysis and intervention to K-12 students across the district Supervise and mentor BSA's Collaborate with school staff to create and monitor behavior plans Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings Engage in professional development and consultation with district personnel
