Qualifications:

Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Licensed in Washington State as a BCBA, or open to becoming licensed Willing to complete fingerprinting required through OSPI Experience supporting K-12 students preferred Strong leadership skills; experience supervising support staff a plus

Responsibilities:

Serve as a district-wide BCBA supporting K-12 students Supervise Behavioral Support Assistants onsite Travel to different schools within the district as needed (onsite only) Collaborate with educators and families to implement effective behavioral interventions
