Job Description

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism. In this role, you will conduct assessments, design and oversee individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure clinical excellence. You'll collaborate closely with families, provide parent training, and use data-driven decision-making to support meaningful progress. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing clinical assessments for children with autism Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans Supervise and coach RBTs/behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery Monitor client progress using data collection and analysis, adjusting programs as needed Provide parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization at home and in the community Collaborate with clinical and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and reports Uphold ethical and professional standards set by BACB and state regulations Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Treatment plan development Data collection and analysis Supervision of RBTs/behavior technicians Parent and caregiver training Behavior intervention plan design Clinical documentation and reporting Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Autism spectrum disorder expertise
