Job Description
About the Company Balanced Behavioral Services is a BCBA-owned practice providing individualized ABA and Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) services to young children and their families in our Appleton clinic. Our approach blends ABA with naturalistic, play-based intervention, with a strong focus on caregiver collaboration and meaningful skill development. As a small practice, we prioritize manageable caseloads, flexibility, and a supportive team culture. This role is ideal for BCBAs who enjoy hands-on clinical work, including direct intervention and caregiver coaching, rather than primarily supervising staff. Position Overview Part-time, hourly BCBA position focused on direct ABA and ESDM services Majority of time spent delivering direct intervention with children and caregiver training Conduct assessment and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and monitor treatment plans while collaborating with caregivers Daytime hours Flexible schedule Qualifications Active BCBA certification and Wisconsin licensure At least one year experience utilizing applied behavior analysis and providing direct services to children with autism Strong interest or experience in direct clinical work, caregiver training, Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) or interest in learning ESDM training and/or certification is preferred but not required What We Offer $65-85 per hour for direct services, based on experience with direct service delivery, early intervention and naturalistic/ESDM approaches Paid administrative time for client related tasks CEU allowance Brand new clinic space in Appleton BCBA owned practice with clinical support Opportunity for growth as the practice expands We look forward to connecting with BCBAs who value meaningful clinical work, collaboration with families, and a thoughtful approach to early intervention.
