Job Description
Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead ABA services for children with autism. In this mission-driven, child-centered role, you will conduct assessments, develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to therapy staff. You will coach caregivers, collaborate with schools and healthcare partners, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing evaluations for children with autism Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and therapy staff Monitor progress through data collection, analysis, and outcome reporting Train and support caregivers to implement behavior strategies at home and in the community Collaborate with schools, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports Ensure services align with ethical and clinical best-practice standards Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and peer consultation Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and mission-driven clinic culture Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) Treatment plan development Behavior intervention planning Data collection and analysis Caregiver training and coaching Clinical supervision of RBTs/therapists Report writing and documentation Collaboration with schools and providers Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
