Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing ABA team. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and work directly with children to build communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, data-driven ABA therapy and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as designed by the supervising BCBA Collect accurate and timely data during therapy sessions Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and/or community settings Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the
