Job Description
Caravel Autism Health seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services for children with autism. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians to ensure effective, evidence-based interventions. You will collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary teams, provide parent training, and monitor progress through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments for children with autism. Develop and update individualized, data-driven ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans. Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to behavior technicians/RBTs delivering direct services. Analyze session data to monitor progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes. Provide parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization and behavior strategies at home. Collaborate with clinical team members and other providers to coordinate comprehensive care. Document services, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinical and payer standards. Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence. Ensure services align with ethical and professional guidelines for behavior analysis.
