Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this mission-driven, child-centered role, you will complete functional assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and lead in-home and center-based ABA programs. You will supervise and train behavior technicians, coach families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful, lasting skill development. Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism. Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to behavior technicians/RBTs. Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust interventions based on outcomes. Deliver parent and caregiver coaching to support skill generalization in home and community settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, child-centered care. Document services accurately and timely in electronic health records. Ensure clinical quality, ethical practice, and adherence to BACB and state guidelines. Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and peer consultation for continuous improvement. Support center-based and in-home service delivery as needed.
