Job Description

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide high-quality ABA services for children with autism. In this mission-driven, child-centered role, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee implementation in home and clinic settings. You will supervise and mentor behavior technicians, train and support families, monitor data to guide clinical decisions, and collaborate with an expert, compassionate team committed to clinical excellence, inclusion, and continuous learning. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive ABA assessments for children with autism. Develop and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans. Supervise, coach, and provide feedback to behavior technicians/RBTs. Analyze data to guide clinical decisions and modify interventions. Provide parent and caregiver training and ongoing support. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Ensure accurate, timely clinical documentation and progress reporting. Maintain high standards of ethical, evidence-based practice in line with BACB guidelines.
