Consistent weekday availability is required. Positions can be full-time or part-time—whether you're looking for just 10 hours a week or ready to build a long-term career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do:

Work 1:1 with kids in home, clinic, or community settings Follow individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Use positive reinforcement to support learning and development Track progress with simple data collection Communicate with families and supervisors to ensure success Stay open to feedback and continuous growth through on-the-job training We're Looking for

Someone Who:

• think goofy voices, singing off-key and dancing like nobody's watching ✅ Is comfortable getting down on the floor , building towers, pretending to be a dinosaur, or joining in a favorite game for the 100th time ✅ Is full of energy and wants to make each day exciting and safe for a child ✅ Is r eliable and communicates well
• kids depend on consistency ✅ Welcomes feedback and enjoys learning ✅ Can adapt on the fly
• plans often shift with kids!
