Whether you're just beginning your career in ABA therapy or you're already an experienced RBT, we'd love to meet you. About the Role InBloom Autism Services is hiring new and experienced Behavior Therapists (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. If you're not yet certified, we offer a three-week paid training program designed to prepare new hires to obtain their RBT certification. Our BTs and RBTs receive hands-on training and ongoing clinical support from their Clinical Supervisor (BCBA). You'll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, implement individualized treatment programs, collect data, and collaborate with your clinical team to provide meaningful support to children with Autism and their families. Whether you're already a certified RBT or completely new to ABA, our training and clinical support will help prepare you to provide high-quality care to the children and families we serve. What Makes You a Great BT/RBT Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required Direct ABA experience preferred BACB Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification highly encouraged Ability to effectively receive and communicate detailed information, both verbally and in writing Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and smartphone Strong time-management skills, punctuality, and consistent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to receive direction, coaching, and feedback from senior staff
Compensation & Benefits RBT:
$17.50/hour
BT:
