Essential Qualifications:
Current RBT certification Experience or passion for working with children or adolescents in educational or therapeutic settings Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within a school environment Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one or small group behavioral interventions as directed by supervising BCBA Collect and accurately record data on student behavior and program progress Collaborate closely with school staff, teachers, and families to support each students growth Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
