Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required Experience supporting students with significant behavioral and developmental needs preferred Background working in special education or inclusive classrooms highly valued Comfort providing 1:1 and small group support Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach Ability to maintain patience, flexibility, and compassion in a dynamic setting

Key Responsibilities:

Support the daily instruction and behavioral progress within a self-contained K2 classroom Assist students as they transition into general education settings, ensuring smooth adjustments Deliver dedicated 1:1 support as needed to foster engagement and skill development Partner with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who provides coaching, resources, and helps establish and maintain effective classroom structures Foster a positive, respectful, and nurturing atmosphere that empowers students to thrive Adapt support strategies in response to individual and whole-class needs This position offers the chance to make a profound impact alongside educators who value your skills and commitment.
