Job Summary Able Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in WV. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work in a flexible schedule, with no caseload, and focus on providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism Conduct assessments, program development, and data analysis to ensure the highest level of care for our clients Provide guidance and support to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure consistent implementation of ABA therapy Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and share best practices Maintain accurate records and reports for client files Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in ABA therapy, preferably in a clinical or educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $105 - $120 Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization Collaborative and supportive team environment Flexible scheduling to fit your needs How to Apply If you are a dedicated and compassionate BCBA looking for a new opportunity, please apply to join our team at Able Minds ABA.
